]]> We had a rush early this spring and 3 of the 4 remaining lots just sold. That leaves only Lot 23, an attractive gentle sloping lot with likely low Alaska Range view (with some tree clearing). Just the luck of the draw, nothing wrong with it and, as some have asked, definitely no permafrost.

]]> We had a fun time at the Home Show a couple weeks ago. Wonderful to talk with a lot of folks and friends who came by. Great weight loss for me as I barely had time to eat a half of a sandwich each day.

We’ve had talks with a couple of folks after the show and lo and behold, one more lot will be in the hands of a lovely couple.

Several people were invited to join up with the Koponen Trails Yahoo group, but we’ve seen no activity. More on trails in a subsequent blog entry.
